A Bit About Me
I am currently a student at Agnes Scott College pursuing a BA in public health and biology. I have plans to attend medical school, but I also have plans to study abroad to strengthen my language skills and increase my experience in the field of global health.
My main career goals are to seek a career that allows me to combine both my interests in medicine and global health work.
I have gained experience in both fields through shadowing and internship opportunities. I also take advantage of many community volunteering opportunities through my position as secretary, and soon-to-be vice president, of the student organization Scotties for Change. I value having a positive impact on my community, which is why I am part of SFC and also why I have worked as a peer advisor for the past two years. Being a peer advisor allows me to connect with the first-year students on campus and provide them with support to thrive in a college setting. These experiences I have achieved through Agnes Scott have allowed me to develop a perspective that is open-minded and well-rounded, which I will use in my future endeavors
